HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Delivery is always FREE of charge throughout Italy. WW shipment depends of destination.

HOW LONG WILL THE DELIVERY BE?

The shipment of the goods, from our office, is generally carried out on the next working day in which the order is received or on the same day. Once the goods are shipped, the delivery is carried out within 48/72 hours throughout Italy by GLS express courier. Upon departure, the customer will be notified of the shipment, through an email containing the tracking number of the couriered package.

HOW IS THE DELIVERY CARRIED OUT AND WHAT HAPPENS IF NO ONE IS HOME?

Couriers are not required to call to make an appointment except in exceptional cases or if expressly requested from the branch in charge. Courier delivery times occur between 8.00 and 18.00 and are subject to the driver and how the delivery round is organized. If no one is found home, the courier is required to leave a delivery notice along with a phone number to call back on and schedule a second delivery. If the problem is not resolved quickly, we will contact the customer by phone to agree on a new delivery. Alternatively, it is possible to request a direct deposit at the preferred branch, so that you can arrange to pick the package up at your most convenient time. To request the deposit, the address of the chosen branch must be indicated as the delivery address, including the phrase "DEPOSIT STOP" in the "NOTES" field. WHAT TO CHECK AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?

*That the package is intact, not damaged or wet, and in any case conforms to the standard characteristics of a package;
*That the number of packages indicated on the transport documents corresponds to the number of packages actually delivered;
Please note: Any disputes must be immediately raised to the carrier who, in turn, should permit the possibility to sign the delivery slip "WITH RESERVE" in order to allow us, in the event of non-compliance of the goods, to activate the appropriate verification procedures. In the absence of mentioning the reserve on the delivery slip, the product is considered to have been delivered correctly. All documents contained in the special pocket applied on the package must be kept. The courier is required to deliver the package only after the delivery slip has been signed.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

The following payment methods are allowed for orders in Italy and abroad:

* THROUGH CREDIT CARD: VISA, MASTERCARD, and MAESTRO circuits. The credit card payment system is secured by Sella Bank, through a 128 bit SSL encrypted protocol, certified by Verisign. Actual charging of the amount takes place exclusively after checking the order, billing and shipping of the latter. In case of order cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the customer's bank account.

* THROUGH PAYPAL, you will be directed to the secure PayPal page. You will then be able to complete the payment directly from your PayPal account. The order’s amount is debited from the PayPal account when the order is acquired. In case of order cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account.

* THROUGH BANK TRAN, you will be provided with the IBAN number at which the bank transfer should be addressed at the time of purchase. We remind you that the bank transfer method slows down the delivery process by 3 to 4 days (depending on the bank technical times).

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY PURCHASE?

1. To request an authorization to return the purchased items, the customer must send a request to the e-mail address info@gpsmele.it within 14 days of ordered items delivery. The e-mail must specify the codes of the articles to be returned and the desired action: change of size or a refund. Once the return request has been received, GPS MELE will send the Customer a confirmation via e-mail, containing the Return Authorization Number.

2. The goods must be carefully packed to avoid damage during shipping. The original packaging must be used and the product must be complete with all the originally contained components. Furthermore, we recommend that you ship by insured courier.

3. The customer is obliged to take care of shipping costs and takes responsibility of the product during shipping. In case of loss, theft, or else: GPSMELE.IT reserves the right to charge the customer for any suffered damage.

4. La restituzione dei capi deve pervenire presso GPS MELE entro 10 giorni dall’avvenuta autorizzazione tramite e-mail al Cliente da parte del reparto Resi.

The return of the garments must be received by GPS MELE within 10 days from the authorization date sent by e-mail to the Customer from the Returns department. Upon receipt of the goods, GPS MELE will check the integrity of the goods and the presence of all the components.

ARE AN INVOICE OR ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENT ISSUED WHEN I PURCHASE AN ITEM?

When a purchase is carried out, the customer can choose whether to receive the sales document or the relative invoice. In the case of an invoice, the customer can include billing information which are different than the delivery address. In both cases, the documents are placed in a sealed envelope and sent together with the goods in the reserved space for the transportation of the documents.

SALES DOCUMENT

As expressed by article 22 of 1972 Decree n. 633DPR n.633, Indirect e-commerce transactions are not subject to the obligation to issue an invoice (if not expressly requested by the client during the order purchase ). Furthermore, and according to article 2 of the Presidential Decree on December 21, 1996, no. 696 e-commerce transactions do not foresee the certification obligation represented by issuing the receipt or the tax receipt. By indirect electronic commerce we mean a commercial transaction that takes place electronically and after which a physical delivery of the goods, through traditional shipping means, at home is followed (check Resolution 21 July 2008, n. 312 / E , Resolution 15 November 2004, no. 133 / E). The sales document is valid for the purposes of guaranteeing the purchased goods. Therefore, it is important that the customer preserve this document which proves the effectuated purchase in all aspects and that certifies its regular guarantee. In case of loss, a copy can be requested by sending an email to info@gpsmele.it indicating as the subject "Copy of the Sales Document" and in the email’s body the date and number of the sales document or the related order number.

ARE THE SALES PRICES ALREADY INCLUDING VAT?

All prices on GPS MELE website are to be considered as VAT included (which corresponds to 22%). GPS MELE reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without prior notice.

HOW IS CUSTOMER DATA MANAGED?

When placing an order the customers’ data is collected and processed with the sole purpose to complete the purchase transaction and items delivery according to the customer’s request and, in no case, will be shared with third parties. GPS MELE guarantees its customers compliance with the processing of personal data laws, expressed by the privacy code illustrated in Legislative Decree 196 of 30.06.03. At any time the customer has the right to withdraw the consent of processing personal data through written communication to be sent to the GPS MELE registered office. Marketing communications will be sent only after the customer’s explicit consent.

WHAT IS THE RISK OF A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT?

The risks are zero; Credit card related data are sent directly in an encrypted form to the Secure Server (SSL) of BCC or Pay-Pal. The credit card payment system is guaranteed by BCC through a 128 bit certified encryption protocol. The amount is charged exclusively after checking the order, its billing, and its shipping information.
