Gps Mele offers its customers the possibility to freely return the ordered items during the period of 14 days after the date on which those items were purchased. You can contact our customer service center, by phone on +39 346 1870823 or by email at [email protected] and submit the return request.

Afterwards we will book the collection at the same address of delivery. Afterwards, at the arrival of the returned items to GPS MELE premises and upon validation that the returned items do not present wear, stains or any other damages that may compromise its re-sale, it will be then our duty to reimburse the customer an amount equivalent to the spent amount through the same method of payment used at the earlier purchase of the returned items.

The items are delivered through DHL/GLS courier or through private courier throughout Italy. You can request the delivery of your package to the billing address or to a different address.

GPSMELE ships to the entire Italian territory (peninsula and islands) and to the Vatican State.

GPSMELE shipments are free throughout Italy (peninsula, islands and the Vatican State included).

Your products are entrusted to DHL within 24 hours. The courier delivery service is active from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.
You will view the tracking number of the shipment in your customer area, which allows you to monitor the shipping milestones of your parcel.
If there is no one to collect the package at the moment of delivery, DHL will leave a notification communicating its delivery tentative and will then contact GPSMELE staff to notify that the items are deposited in their stores. GPSMELE staff will get in touch with you for further delivery instructions to coordinate an additional tentative of delivery by DHL.

Resi e rimborsi

Non sei pienamente soddisfatto del tuo ordine? Nessun problema: hai 14 giorni di tempo per richiedere un reso e restituirlo.

Ai sensi della Direttiva europea 2011/83, recepita in Italia con il Decreto Legislativo del 3 dicembre 2013, il cliente ha il diritto di recedere dal contratto di acquisto per qualsiasi motivo, senza necessità di fornire spiegazioni. Il diritto di recesso può essere esercitato dal cliente entro il termine di 14 giorni dal ricevimento della merce acquistata. Il cliente dovrà comunicare a GPS MELE la volontà di esercitare tale diritto. Può esercitare questo diritto esclusivamente il cliente-consumatore, ovvero la persona fisica che acquista la merce per scopi non riferibili alla propria attività professionale e che quindi non indica nel modulo d’ordine un riferimento di Partita Iva.

Nota Bene

• Non possono esercitare il diritto di recesso i clienti che acquistano con Partita IVA.
• Il recesso non può essere esercitato in caso di mancanza dell’imballo originale o di tutti gli elementi a corredo del prodotto presente nella confezione originaria.
• Non è possibile esercitare il recesso solamente su parte del prodotto acquistato.

Istruzioni per il reso

1. Per richiedere l’autorizzazione al reso, il Cliente deve inviare una richiesta all’indirizzo e-mail [email protected] entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione dell’ordine. Nella e- mail devono essere specificato il numero dell’ordine con i codici degli articoli che si intendono restituire e la compensazione desiderata: cambio taglia o rimborso. Una volta ricevuta la richiesta di reso, GPS MELE invierà al Cliente una conferma tramite e-mail della richiesta di reso pervenuta.

2. La merce deve essere imballata in modo accurato onde evitare danni durante la spedizione. Deve essere utilizzato l’imballaggio originale (potete riutilizzare il nostro packaging, munito di doppia striscia adesiva, creata apposta per facilitare il reso) ed il prodotto deve essere completo di tutto quanto in origine contenuto.

3. Saremo noi a creare la richiesta di reso al corriere a nostre spese (il reso è completamente gratuito).

All’arrivo della merce GPS MELE provvederà a verificare l’integrità della merce e la presenza di tutti i prodotti a corredo del prodotto originale e provvederà al rimborso, con la stessa modalità di pagamento con cui è avvenuto il pagamento.

Modalità di rimborso

L’azienda rimborserà tutti i pagamenti ricevuti dal consumatore, senza indebito ritardo e comunque entro 14 giorni dal giorno in cui ha ricevuto i prodotti oggetto di richiesta del recesso.

L’azienda eseguirà il rimborso utilizzando lo stesso mezzo di pagamento usato dal consumatore per la transazione iniziale, salvo che il consumatore abbia espressamente convenuto altrimenti e a condizione che questi non debba sostenere alcun costo quale conseguenza del rimborso. Per gli ordini pagati in Contrassegno, non sarà possibile attivare la modalità di rimborso, ma solo una delle altre.

Il consumatore è responsabile unicamente della diminuzione del valore dei beni risultante da una manipolazione dei beni diversa da quella necessaria per stabilire la natura, le caratteristiche e il funzionamenti dei beni. Per stabilire la natura, le caratteristiche e il funzionamento dei beni il consumatore dovrebbe solo manipolarli e ispezionarli nello stesso modo in cui gli sarebbe consentito farlo in un negozio. Di conseguenza, durante il periodo di recesso il consumatore dovrebbe manipolare e ispezionare i beni con la dovuta diligenza.

In caso di danneggiamento del prodotto durante il trasporto, Idealsuperstore darà comunicazione al Cliente di quanto accaduto (entro cinque giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento del prodotto nei propri magazzini), per consentire al cliente di sporgere subito denuncia nei confronti del corriere da lui scelto e ottenere il rimborso del valore del prodotto (se assicurato dal cliente).

Payment methods

The prices shown in the product sheet of the items that can be ordered online and any additional services visible in the cart are always intended as VAT and shipment costs included. During the purchase process, the customer can choose between the following payment methods:

• Credit card: in the case of purchase of goods through the credit card payment method, the credit card will be debited at the same time as the online transaction is concluded. Accepted Credit cards are: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Aura, Discover.


• PayPal: requires the use of your Paypal account.


• Cash on delivery: this payment method consists in paying cash to the courier when delivering the goods.


• Bank transfer in advance: the method of payment by advance bank transfer foresees the prior acceptance and validation of the order following the unequivocal receipt of the payment by GPS MELE. The bank coordinates required to effectuate the transfer are communicated at the end of the online procedure, on the order confirmation page and in the order confirmation e-mail sent to the Customer. The reason for the bank transfer must include the order number, and the customer’s name and surname. We would like to remind you that it may take up to 3 or 4 working days to verify the accreditation of your bank transfer in GPS MELE accounts and the ordered goods will leave afterwards.
