Items are delivered worldwide by FEDEX/DHL courier. You can request delivery of your parcel to the billing address or to a different address.

Shipment is picked up by the courier no later than 10:30 a.m. (every working day, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays), all orders placed after this time will be shipped the next day.

From the moment the courier picks up the order, the delivery time will be 3-5 working days.

GPSMELE.IT ships all over the world (peninsula and islands included).

Your products are entrusted to FEDEX and/or DHL couriers within 24 hours: you will receive the products 3-5 days after shipping.

The couriers deliver Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

In the event that there is no one to receive the courier at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice of its passage and will then retry the delivery again the next day, if the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, you must contact GPSMELE.IT assistance

PLEASE NOTE :

Any disputes (e.g. parcel delivered open or damaged) must be immediately raised with the carrier who must provide the possibility to sign the delivery slip ‘WITH RESERVE’ in order to allow us, in case of non-compliance of the goods, to open an insurance file. In the absence of this, the product shall be deemed to have been delivered correctly; all documents contained in the special pocket on the outside of the package shall be retained. The courier is obliged to deliver the parcel only after signing the delivery slip.
