This allows us to offer a Guarantee on each item. In the event of natural wear and tear of the item, you can request a warranty claim by contacting the company directly.

Or, by writing to the email address info@gpsmele.it or to the number 3351665111, and then, once it has been ascertained that it is a natural wear and tear of the product, GPSMELE will immediately contact the reference company to request a repair or replacement of the article in question.

NOTE: The warranty only refers to wear and tear of the product or a factory defect in it and not to damage caused by the customer, in which case, neither a warranty claim nor a product return request will be possible.
