Gps Mele offers its customers the possibility to freely return the ordered items during the period of 14 days after the date on which those items were purchased. You can contact our customer service center, by phone on +39 346 1870823 or by email at info@gpsmele.it and submit the return request.

Afterwards we will book the collection at the same address of delivery. Afterwards, at the arrival of the returned items to GPS MELE premises and upon validation that the returned items do not present wear, stains or any other damages that may compromise its re-sale, it will be then our duty to reimburse the customer an amount equivalent to the spent amount through the same method of payment used at the earlier purchase of the returned items.

The items are delivered through DHL/GLS courier or through private courier throughout Italy. You can request the delivery of your package to the billing address or to a different address.

GPSMELE ships to the entire Italian territory (peninsula and islands) and to the Vatican State.

GPSMELE shipments are free throughout Italy (peninsula, islands and the Vatican State included).

Your products are entrusted to DHL within 24 hours. The courier delivery service is active from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.
You will view the tracking number of the shipment in your customer area, which allows you to monitor the shipping milestones of your parcel.
If there is no one to collect the package at the moment of delivery, DHL will leave a notification communicating its delivery tentative and will then contact GPSMELE staff to notify that the items are deposited in their stores. GPSMELE staff will get in touch with you for further delivery instructions to coordinate an additional tentative of delivery by DHL.
