Returns and Refunds
Not fully satisfied with your order? No problem:
you have 14 days to request a return and return it.
Pursuant to European Directive 2011/83, implemented in Italy by the
Legislative Decree of 3 December 2013,the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason,
The right of withdrawal may be exercised by the customer within 14 days of receipt of the purchased goods.
The customer must notify GPS MELE of the wish to exercise this right by contacting our customer service
at 3351665111 or at the email address info@gpsmele.it
Return instructions
1. To request authorisation to return goods, the Customer must send a request to the e-mail address
info@gpsmele.it
or to the number +39 3351665111 within 14 days from receipt of the order.
The message must specify the order number with the codes of the items to be returned. Once the return request has been received,
GPS MELE will send the Customer a confirmation of the return request received.
2.The goods must be carefully packed to avoid damage during shipment.
The original packaging must be used (you can reuse our packaging, equipped with a double adhesive strip,
created especially to facilitate the return)and the product must be complete with everything originally contained.
3.Then simply send the package to the following address

NOTE: Upon arrival of the goods at the premises, GPS MELE will check the integrity of the goods and the presence
of all the products accompanying the original product and will make the refund within the same day, on the payment method
used to pay for the order.
Refund terms
The company will refund all payments received from the consumer, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days
from the day on which it received the products subject to the withdrawal request.
The company will make the refund using the same means of payment used by the consumer for the initial transaction,
unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise and provided that the consumer does not incur
any costs as a result of the refund.
NOTE: If the product is damaged by the customer or if the original label of the garment is missing,
the refund will not be made and the garment will be returned to the recipient of the order.
